Was denied Emerald Advance because of how much money i make, not based on my tax return. Very Unsatisfied.
- I'm calling H&R Block Corporate and telling them all about this frustrating experience... I've been going to H&R Block for almost 10 years in CA and NEVER had anything like this. Always in and out in 1 hr. with Taxes done excellently.. Did I mention VERY FRUSTRATED and PISSED??
VERY unsatisfied with this H&R Block office in Pratt, KS!! I went there 2 weeks in advance of the tax deadline, and began calling after the first week. Got excuse after excuse, too busy, complicated return, blah blah blah. Also, with all due respect the average age of the workers in this H&R location is about 75 years old, not that that should matter, but they are slow as MOLASSES!! It is now the day before Tax day deadline, and I called AGAIN and just now they (the 90 or so yr.old tax preparer) decides she has more QUESTIONS. They claim they will file an extension for me if (when) they aren't done on time (they won't be). VERY FRUSTRATED!
