Very friendly

Small store (rarely have what you need, ordering takes forever and they screw up your order), employees don’t know there products, unreliable customer service (don’t bother calling the store you never get answers) while at the store you cannot always trust what the sales person says. For a small town I would expect higher quality customer service. Very disappointing!

Friday, received a call from Sears that the tool cart had arrived. I went to pick it up and reminded them about the discount they had offered me on Monday. The boss told the sales girl that the discount was only valid on Monday and Tuesday (Friends and Family deal) and I would have to pay full price. I told the sales girl that I would buy a tool cart somewhere else and left the store.

Has almost all new employees since around october 2010. New employees go out of the way to get parts and research products. Have seen them drive to wichita and then back in the same day just to bring parts a customer needs. have been very impressed with them compared to bigger retail stores and if they dont have it they will get it asap! Best services i have ever gotten

Bought a refrigerator in the store. I had been looking on the Sears website at a similar model in white instead of the stainless steel model in the store. Somehow the clerk said she could sell me the one on the floor and get the free delivery by ordering the floor model through the internet. We discussed if our old fridge had a water line so "they could hook it up when they delivered it" because the order on the internet she was entering kept adding a waterline and $75 for delivery. It took 30 minutes to get the order entered correctly. Four days later (with out a working refrigerator) they deliver it and say they can't take it in the house or hook it up. I called the store and they said it's only delivery to the front door no hook up. Then another person calls and says only delivery to the front door if ordered over the internet. They'll tell you anything to sell an appliance in the store. Tell them to write it all down and sign it before you leave the store. I even paid $279.99 for a 3 year in home protection plan that says "full coverage for parts and labor. 100% replacement guarantee, including delivery and re-installation". But does that apply to the brand new $900 refrigerator sitting on my front porch? Don't trust these people. I mean it....don't trust them. I'm expecting the warranty to be just as worthless.

I have spent in excess of $8,000 in this store in the last 5 years, but I probably will never return. This 10% discount I was offered amounted to approx. $25.00. This $25.00 has cost them the sale of a tool cart and a $1,000 snow blower from me so far. Perhaps they have too many customers and too much business.

Went to my local Sears store to find a tool cart on Monday. Yes we have one that someone ordered, but wasn't going to buy, the lady told me. It is here in the back room, she said. I will give you 10% off if you buy it, I was told. I said I'll take it. We went and looked in the back room for 15 minutes and the lady decided it was not there at the store and the tool cart would be in on Friday. I asked them to call me when it came in.

Bottom line....they offered the discount to purchase something someone ordered and cancelled. I did not ask for the discount. When it came time to pick up the item they refused to honor the deal they offered.
