My family was traveling all day and the lady that took our order was very kind and efficient. I asked for extra cheese and boy, did I get it! Everything was hot and ready quickly. The only suggestion I'd make is they either tint the windows or put in shades. Also maybe kick up the AC when its 90+degrees out.
Just a typical Taco Bell. I enjoy the food, and the prices are reasonable. Good place to bring my young family.
Well it's a national food chain, so it's predictably affordable, the food is hot and fresh on order, staff were adequate in taking and completing order correctly and in decent time. This particular Taco Bell location is clean and comfortable. Even the drive thru area is clean and doesn't make me want to decide to not accept my order .The location in Dodge City KS is completely the opposite, filthy, the drink station drain is always plugged and had trash laying around. There is recognizable food smeared on the walls and booths, chairs in the dining room. Food was not hot when served, in my eyes a very bad sign that you probably shouldn't be eating there as the food isn't hot enough to kill any bacteria that may, and by the looks of and condition of entire restaurant it's very possible that there's some awful bacteria and microscopic critters in the food your eating. The drive thru area, it's a whole other gross and disgusting place with food, sauce packets etc stuck to the walls and smeared everywhere. Even the window the clerk passes your food to you, it appears that it has quite possibly NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Now I am a Taco Bell lover, I live a full hour's drive.in any direction to reach a location, so when my appointments, or other reasons bring me to a place that has a Taco Bell location, it's a good bet that's where I'll stop to get my fix!!
THE LOCATION IN PRATT ABSOLUTELY WILL SEE ME EVERY TIME I'M IN PRATT KANSAS.
Service was terrible, had three employees only. Waited 40 minutes and no meal.
Needs more polite and friendly customer service also needs to be quicker and more efficient with orders
