Clean, quick, and nice. It looks like it is either new or remodeled. Really clean dining and bathrooms. There was a super nice employee that took my order and then went on cleaning the rest of the time we were there. She was also very sweet to my kiddo and after being on the road for the past 30 hours it was nice.
Ordered a Turkey Gobbler sandwich combo at the drive thru. Service was prompt and courteous and food was great. It was somewhat pricey though. I have been to Arby's in Pratt many times and have never had any issues there. The golden arches place next door could take some lessons from Arby's on how to service their customers properly.
I love eating at Arby's, because the beef has never been disappointing. I give it a 4 because we came in during lunch time which was very crowded, and the only place to sit was by the bathroom doors. Sounds bad I know, but the doors were so quiet opening and closing that you could never hear them. Best doors ever!
Store was clean, food and service good, but...the young man that took our order was very pleasant, however, as we were eating, he came out to clean tables. He had those "sagging" pants with half his underwear showing. I don't need to see that, especially by someone that's serving food or working in a restaurant. There needs to be an employee dress code to prevent this from happening.
Typical Arby's. I love the roast beef, curly fries, and jamocha shakes so I keep coming back. Probably my favorite restaurant in Pratt.
