Ever since Leonard Pohl has taken over the shop at Doug Reh's the service has gone down hill we took are step son handicap van in to have struts & shocks because we heard a poping noise they looked at they said everything was fine two months later when we were getting tires put on at TO Haas they showed that the struts & shocks were worn out &the shock mount was broken!!!we took are 2500 Chevy truck in for a oil change and it had been over heating Leonard said he would check it out they flushed the system said they couldn't find anything else wrong !!! I go to colorado the next week, when I get out there it starts overheating take it in the fan clutch was out the Gm service mangers said it had been out for a while with the codes that were in the computer's !!! He said I was lucky I didn't blow a head gasket !!! They also clean out the radiator & AC condenser they were plugged with cottonwood seeds and weed seed as we live on a ranch !!! we told Leonard we weren't very happy with the service, he was more interested in combing his hair & looking good than talking to us !!! The last straw was when we took the truck back in as the power stearing was leaking and the pump was making whining noise even when it was full !!! We brought it home as soon as I got in it to drive it, started whining I checked the fluid it was low,& they didn't change the pump I filled it drove I could tell that nobody test drove it!!! You could hardly negotiate the turns and it wouldn't stop!!! I wouldn't let anybody drive it was unsafe and wasn't fixed it was leaking as bad as it was when it first went in !!!we took it back they said it was the brake booster and three new hoses!!! comes home the pump still whining still leaking & the brakes mushy !!! We had to rent a truck to go to are friends in Oklahoma to tow are trailer !!! I will not take anything back, nor ever buy another vehicle from Doug Reh, all we got was excuses & bring it back and we will try it again and a big bill and a un safe broke truck !!! We will take it to Bowe's in Medicine Lodge for good service that gets it done right the first time !!!
